Allen Hill is a U.S. Navy Gulf War veteran, ordained minister, and author with a passion for serving others. Inspired by his own experience navigating the VA disability claims process, he wrote The Second Battle: A Gulf War Veteran’s Step-by-Step Guide to Disability Claims and Benefits to help fellow veterans better understand the benefits they have earned through military service.
